For any returned item, a return authorization (by phone or e-mail) is required from us beforehand. Merchandise store credit (no handling/restocking fee) or cash refunds (less a 15% handling/restocking fee) will be issued for all returns. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable.
If you receive a merchandise credit, it will be automatically applied to your next order. Please remember to login using the same email address that the credit was issued to.
